How Green Attic Started
Sadeq started Green Attic after seeing too many homeowners get vague bids, hidden fees, and work that had to be redone. He wanted to run a company where the estimate you receive is the price you pay, and where someone actually explains what is going on in your attic or crawl space before any work begins.
That idea has not changed. Every project still starts with a thorough assessment. We document what we find, explain what needs to be done and what does not, then give you a written estimate with line-item pricing. If you decide to move forward, Sadeq oversees the work himself.
